Rhodium will be offering a unique on-line skills-matching service for employers and job seekers.

Job seekers (whether students, graduate students, professionals, managers, mentors or retirees) will be provided with a free on-line resume set-up and maintenance service.

Employers will be provided with a free resume repository, and free access to our database to search for full or part-time employees or contractors. The search will allow for matching on such factors as functional skills, industry experience, qualifications and personality traits - at varying degrees of granularity. Our low fees will only be charged when a person is hired.
